14 weeks

Wahoo! Welcome 2nd trimester! Hopefully it will bring far less nausea and lot more energy!

The baby is the size of a lemon and as long as a clenched fist. Depending on gender the prostrate or ovaries are forming and coming into place.

I've been going to a weekly prenatal yoga class. It's been really relaxing and in glad to be getting in some exercise.

My littlest love,
Mom and Dad are continuing to pray for your growth and health. We talk about you all the time to your big sister, Eve. She's been practicing her rocking with her baby dolls. The two of you are going to have so much fun together! One day soon. One day soon.

One week left ...

Important to me...

I have only 2 weeks left until I take the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics! I can't believe how fast that went. I have not yet reached my goal and could really use your help. Please consider donating to this amazing cause. No amount is too small. Even $5 would help (what is that? A drink at Starbucks?). This organization is such an important one for these beautiful people. The money we raise even goes to our own locals. Great right???!

12 Weeks

And here we go! Our little plum is growing strong. It's about the size of a peach now and three inches long. Vocal cords are developed and I'm sure eager to hear them even those late nights! ;) I'm still going strong too. Throwing up and dog tired. It just means the lil nugget is growing healthy, right? Right? =[]. We are already thinking of names. Somehow the names we keep bringing to the table of discussion are girl ones. Hmmmm... But mums the word on them. Surprise surprise! My darling, My love for you continues to grow. I'm continuing to pray for you health, each and every finger and toe. For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.

10 Weeks: 01-02-13

It's begun, again! I'm pregnant!!!!! We are beyond thrilled and feel absolutely blessed to be able to have this journey to add to our family. I am feeling very similar to when I was pregnant with Eve. Nausea overwhelms me all day. Mornings and after I eat are especially fierce. Something that is different is food. It tastes different. Foods I usually love, I hate and the other way around. I even had pancakes taste like I was eating soap! So bizarre. Bland is best right now though. This goes for scents as well. I can smell things you don't even want to know. Certain smells really turn my stomach and if I'm lucky they'll make me throw up. Joy! ;) Eve knows although I'm sure she doesn't really understand. But she does like to kiss my belly and say "baby". It's very sweet. Dear sweet pea, I pray you continue to grow healthy and strong. I pray you can feel the love that surrounds your existence. Your family is very excited to have you join us in good time.
