Day Four of Drummond Vacation

Wednesday was what we in the family would call EXTREME Hiking day! What we thought was going to be a walk in the park was nothing of the sort... We went to Tallulah Falls. It consisted of a four mile walk up and down stairs and over and around massive rocks through rivers (which only the young and brave tried). It was sooo crazy and Douglas and I had a BLAST! We want to go and find more places to do more hiking like it. Anyone know of any places? Its definitly not for the faint of heart... by the end we were exhausted! Dead on our feet to say the least. Yeah, four miles you laugh - I can do that! HA! Wait until you add in all the little extras with no real identifiable path...("It was like solving a puzzle" Douglas said)

Douglas, Me, Steve and Melissa went on the "hard part" and we made it back! So we high-fived each other! YAY!!!!

The hiking took the whole day and as you can imagine we were very sore afterwards. So we wanted to do nothing when we got home - except sit in the hot tub, of course!
