Douglas and I have just returned from St. Augustine, FL where we stayed in a bed and breakfast called Inn on Charlotte for Douglas' birthday! We had an amazing time in the Old City and we did pretty much every touristy thing one could do. LOL We decided to do the Red Train (has 20 stops) which gave us a better discount on the other things to do around town. These are some of the things we did:
Fort Castillo de San Marcos
Ripley's Believe it of Not Museum
Ripley's Ghost Tour
Antiquing
The Lighthouse
Lightner Museum
Flagler College tour
Old Drug Store (of course =))
mini golf
St. George Street and King Street (enjoying the art galleries and window shopping)
There were plenty of restaurants to keep one full but it was kinda hard to find ones we wanted to eat at considering we don't eat seafood. But we did manage to find ones we thought we GREAT while others not so good. Our favorites were the A1A restaurant, the Collage and Columbia. We both were able to get food that was delicious!

That looks like a fun time! Happy Birthday to Douglas. :) We are planning to go back to St. Augustine some time soon, in cooler months (for camping) - it's such a pretty place. Thanks for the restaurant recommendations, as I don't like seafood, hubby does though. :)
Looks like big fun!
Happy B-lated B-day !
I liked St A too.
