On the Today Show a while ago they had the "cupcake lady". She showed all kinds fun ways to frost cupcakes so they look like different things. They showed lil owl ones and I immediately thought I HAD to make them for my SIL Ryan for her birthday. And I tried, really. I got through three of them and decided it was a lot harder than it looked. LOL. I think I needed to make a different frosting so it was stiffer. It kept melting and squishing too much.
Ah, live and learn.
